Believe it or not, I missed the first few minutes (opening scene, credits, etc.) because the engine of my mother's car blew up on the way back from picking up the nephew from school. I had to get a loner car from a relative, and got back just in time to set up the tape and start watching -- a few minutes late though. :-o
Did you watch it? If so, what did you think? I have to watch it again with the captions on, on my other TV. Interesting twist in the end though. It looks very promising! At least it will be replayed on Sunday, so I can tape it from the beginning then.
I didn't watch actually. Is it always going to come on at 7:00c? That doesn't bode well for me getting to watch it. . .
Well it's going to be repeated this Sunday, so maybe they'll do that every week? I'm sure that it will be available online too. Check Dennis' blog FringeTV regularly, because they wil be sure to post any place that it can be viewed, they keep up on all the news.
The show's new Massive Dynamics (I keep calling it Global Dynamics, heheh) website is fully online like the Hanso Org now. Don't know what will happen there. :-o
So, how were the ratings? I was waiting to hear whether it gets picked up for a full season before I dove in.
The FringeTV guys posted this: "The Ratings: TV By The Numbers - "The premiere of Fox’s Fringe averaged 9 million viewers and a demo adults 18-49 rating of 3.2 to lead Fox to a nightly 18-49 demo win with an average demo rating of 2.9 and the 18-34 demo win with an average rating of 2.4." Whatever all that means. :-B
I'm rewatching it tonight, and hopefully I won't be interrupted like I was on first viewing, and will be able to pay more attention.
